聚焦重点产区、重点企业、重点品牌,推出推动产业集聚发展、持续提升川酒品牌影响力、推动酿酒专用粮基地建设、促进跨界融合发展等12个方面举措,加快全省白酒产业高质量发展,打造全国白酒全产业链示范区,构筑世界级优质白酒产业集群新优势。

6月1日,酒城泸州市带来了最新消息。泸州将以“酒旅+数字”两大模式促进文旅消费升级,投入资金5亿元用于促进和扩大文旅消费及相关产业消费,预计将拉动白酒消费50亿元以上。

泸州是全国唯一获得白酒地理标识产品保护的地区,也是被联合国粮农与教科文组织认定为“地球同纬度上最适合酿造名优纯正蒸馏酒的生态区”,其已拥有2个中华老字号、3个泸州酒地理标志、21个中国驰名商标、75个省级品牌资源,形成高、中、低多层次品牌体系。而此次泸州的“酒旅融合”意欲加快建设白酒工业旅游线上线下消费体验区,推进酒旅产业融合,打造酒旅融合新样板。

“春天,从一杯竹叶青开始”,这句流传甚广的广告词曾拉开了四川打造千亿级川茶产业的序幕。从峨眉山走出的竹叶青茶业有限公司,最终荣享“国茶经典”的盛名,缔造出中国高端绿茶的品牌佳话,竹叶青是如何实现产业逆袭的?

在竹叶青茶业有限公司副总经理宋少俊看来,逆袭就是要抓住那几个最关键的点。“时代在变化,消费者的需求也在变化。竹叶青为此进行了产品结构及品牌结构方面的调整,坚持把质量安全作为企业生命,推进茶产业提质增效、转型升级。”

川菜 “上天了”

5月底,“天宫二号”货运飞船为中国空间站天和核心舱送去了史上最贵的一单外卖。这份“天宫菜单”竟然是川菜——鱼香肉丝和宫保鸡丁。其实,这不是鱼香肉丝第一次“上天了”。早在2002年“神舟四号”发射时,国产太空鱼香肉丝就已经研制成功,第二年就让杨利伟带上了“神五”。

早在一千多年前,西晋文学家左思所著的《蜀都赋》中,便有“金垒中坐,肴隔四陈,觞以清酊,鲜以紫鳞”的描述。唐宋时期,川菜更为脍炙人口。诗人陆游曾写下“玉食峨眉木耳,金齑丙穴鱼”的诗句赞美川菜。

延续千年的川菜技艺,在历史前进的洪流中既保持传统又不断推陈出新。

为了进一步推动川菜“走出去”,四川省政府在2018年就印发了《四川省促进川菜走出去三年行动方案》,持续推动川菜产业规模化、高质量发展。受此引导,越来越多的川派企业走出国门,不断提升“四川质造”的国内外影响力。2020年,成都再次印发《成都市推进国际美食之都建设2020年工作计划》,其中还提出成都将提升成都美食国际话语权,积极引进权威美食评级机构,支持米其林、LA LISTE等国际美食指南进驻成都。

在川菜“走出去”历程中,高光时刻不断展现:

2016年至今,已设立旧金山、洛杉矶、莫斯科、维也纳、东京为川菜海外推广中心;

2018年,“川菜海外行”项目在捷克首都布拉格开启,将中国的巴蜀文化、川菜美食推广到欧洲市场;

2018年,两家川菜餐厅——眉州东坡酒楼和银芭餐厅入选2019年度LA LISTE国际美食排行榜;

2020年,“亲情中华·味道四川”2020海外中餐馆川菜培训班开班,35个国家和地区的海外中餐协会负责人、海外中餐馆业主等100余人参加线上开班式……
